Woofeed.com allows you - a content or site owner - to convert your existing web content to a fully working, fully branded, mobile application. This Application allows users to read your content on their mobile phone, share this content with others and even submit comments to your content directly from their mobile phone.

This application can be distributed on woofeed.com, on your site or even submitted to OVI.com for mass distribution via Nokia's mobile app store.

The application comes with built-in mobile ads provided by innerActive which allows you to convert your web content into a money generating mobile content. The revenue from the ads is shared between woofeed.com and you. You get 70% of the ad revenue and we get 30%. Simple and fair.

Most importantly - you will not need to write a single line of code in the process. The entire process is based on a simple web wizard which guides you the entire process.

The entire process is built around 3 simple steps:

• Register to woofeed.com
• Create a topic with your existing RSS / ATOM feed
• Follow the simple step by step web wizard to create your mobile app

Currently, we support Nokia S60 5th edition phones (touch screen phones). We are working to add support to many more phones. Please see this page for updates.

To generate a basic mobile application from your RSS feed you don't need anything - just a mouse to click on the 'next' button then it appears.

However, if you want to brand your app, you should prepare 4 images which will be used during the process. All images are optional and you can just click 'NEXT' to use the default image.

Application Icon

This image size should be exactly 80x80 pixels in PNG-24 format. Few example icons are shown below:

Logo Image

An image to be used at the top of the application's main screen (see example on the right). This image size should be exactly 360x80 pixels in PNG-24 format. Few examples are shown below:

Splash Screen Image

An image to be used as splash screen for 5-7 seconds when the user launches your application. This image size should be exactly 300x300 pixels in PNG-24 format

Miniview background

A background image to be used as background when the application is in HomeScreen mode (mini view). This image size should be exactly 312x82 pixels in PNG-24 format

Once the app is generated, you can direct people to the download link on woofeed.com from your site. You can also submit your app to Nokia's app store - OVI.com to distribute your app.
